Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a dynamic martial art that combines punches, kicks, and knee strikes, focusing on speed, power, and precision to create a fast-paced and effective striking style.
Our class will incorporate the following in a typical session:
3 rounds of jump rope (warm up)
Partner and technical drills
Pad, heavy bag, or focus mitt exercises
What to bring: 16 oz. boxing gloves
ADULT KICKBOXING (INTRO) – TUE/THUR 6:00PM
ADULT KICKBOXING (INTERMEDIATE + ADV) – MON/WED 7:00PM
